We are an interior design and fit-out company in Dubai. We draw it, we cost it, and we build it — which means there is nobody to point at when something does not line up on site. Most of what decides a finished room happens long before it looks like one.

Measure & brief
We survey the space ourselves and agree the brief in writing — scope, finishes and constraints before any drawing starts.

Design & cost
Layouts, material palettes and joinery details developed alongside a line-by-line BOQ, so the design and the number move together.

Build
One team on site: partitions, ceilings, services coordination, joinery installation and finishes, against the drawings you approved.

Snag & hand over
We snag it before you see it, then hand over with the drawings, warranties and finish schedule you will need later.
